Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date it ships provided we receive an email within 5 days of receipt; email info@blackfleetbrewing.com. Please include in your email: Order number, reason for return exchange or refund, name item was purchased under, and payment method. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. Be sure to include your receipt or a copy of proof of purchase with return.

Refund/Exchange

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange. If your exchange/return is approved, we will send the requested item for exchange or initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the number of days provided by your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

We will pay shipping on outgoing exchanges. You are responsible for paying return shipping. You are responsible for tracking return packages.
